Contractual Relationship
The terms services refer to all services offered to you by Dezi. 
Your access and use of the Services constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms, which establishes a contractual relationship between you and Dezi. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services. These Terms expressly supersede prior agreements or arrangements with you. Dezi may immediately terminate these Terms or any Services with respect to you, or generally, cease offering or deny access to the Services or any portion thereof, at any time for any reason.
Supplemental terms may apply to certain Services, such as policies for a particular event, activity or promotion, and such supplemental terms will be disclosed to you in connection with the applicable Services. Supplemental terms are in addition to and shall be deemed a part of, the Terms for the purposes of the applicable Services. Supplemental terms shall prevail over these Terms in the event of a conflict with respect to the applicable Services.
Dezi may amend the Terms related to the Services from time to time. Amendments will be effective upon Dezi’s posting of such updated Terms at this location or the amended policies or supplemental terms on the applicable Service. Your continued access or use of the Services after such posting constitutes your consent to be bound by the Terms, as amended.

ACCEPTANCE
These terms and conditions are accepted when; 1. Submitting a booking online through a web browser or by 2. Sending a text message to the number 0403 096 632 3. Providing your debit/credit card details over the phone to a staff member by calling 1300 6933 94 4. Making a prepayment for a forward booking via electronic transfer 5. By giving verbal instructions, handing over car keys or any gesture symbolising an invitation to commence a journey with a Dezi Driver 6. In pre-approved post-pay circumstances; proving name, mobile phone number and pick up location over the phone, Facebook messenger, text message or web browser. 

FORMAL COMMUNICATION CHANNELS
Communication to Dezi, including but not limited to bookings, rescheduling, changes to conditions of transportation, cancellations or declaration of incidents must be made to Dezi by means of a phone call to 1300 6933 94 (a voicemail message is an acceptable proof of communication), email to support@dezi.com.au  
All bookings and changes are formally acknowledged by Dezi by means of a text message to the customer (if made via the operator or a driver). Customers will receive a text message or email from 0403 096 632 for all valid bookings and changes.

IDENTITY VERIFICATION
We may request vehicle details such as make, model, colour and registration for vehicle identification purposes
A booking for ‘CAR ONLY’ pickup i.e. journey made without the customer, must include the vehicle details such as make, model, colour and registration for vehicle identification purposes.

PAYMENTS & BILLING
All personal journeys must be prepaid using an authorised debit or credit card
Cash payments are only accepted in exceptional circumstances and by prior arrangement with Dezi by calling 1300 6933 94
All major debit and credit cards are accepted (AMEX, Visa, Mastercard)
Payments are securely processed by SQUARE
Pre-purchased Dezi gift cards, travel and discount vouchers are accepted in lieu of card or cash payments. The discount codes as displayed on travel and discount voucher or gift card must be provided at the time of the booking.
5.6. Corporate account payments must be made by electronic transfer to Dezi bank account within 3 days of issuance of invoice unless other agreements are in place
Tax Receipts are emailed upon payment processing to a designated valid email address
All charges include 10% GST

VEHICLE REGISTRATION, ROADWORTHINESS & BREAKDOWNS
Vehicle to be driven by the designated driver must have current registration (in any Australian State or Territory) and be in roadworthy condition
A Dezi driver may refuse to operate a vehicle that is in an unroadworthy condition and may also check for registration status. If the vehicle found to be unregistered and/or unroadworthy, we will not be able to accept the booking and full fare will be charged
In the event of a breakdown of a client’s vehicle, the client will still be liable to pay the full fare. Waiting charges may also apply in addition to the full fare if the driver is retained by the client
Drivers are unable to provide technical or mechanical services in breakdowns, however, they will not leave the vehicle and/or client/s unless requested by the client/s (Waiting time charges will accrue)

CANCELLATIONS DEZI DESIGNATED DRIVERS
You may request to change your pickup time by either cancelling your booking by calling the Dezi on 1300 6933 94, at least 6 hours before the earliest requested pickup time.
While we offer a flexibility of service to our customers, changes to a pickup time are always subject to driver availability.
Once a journey has commenced, on request of clients, our drivers will accept changes to the route (Additional cost may occur)
Route changes and delays due to additional stopovers (such as for refuelling, meal breaks, dropping off/ picking up other passengers) will result in additional costs based on time, and clients are liable for immediate payment of such additional costs.
Full fare charge is applicable for cancellations within 2 hours from booked pickup time from Monday - Friday and Full fare charge is applicable for cancellations within 24 hours on Saturday - Sunday
48 hours cancellation notice applies to all public holidays and special events such as AFL Finals games and bookings for pickups made outside of the service Metropolitan Region.

Cancellation notices communicated directly to drivers are not accepted by Dezi and full fare or administration fees may be charged.

While we offer a flexibility of service to our customers, changes to a pickup time are always subject to driver availability.
Once a journey has commenced, on request of clients, our drivers will accept changes to the route (Additional cost may occur)
Route changes and delays due to additional stopovers (such as for refuelling, meal breaks, dropping off/ picking up other passengers) will result in additional costs based on time, and clients are liable for immediate payment of such additional costs.
Full fare charge is applicable for cancellations within 3 hours from booked pickup time

DELAYS & WAITING CHARGES
All our drivers are always doing their best to arrive at your requested pickup time. However, Dezi cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our direct control such as road traffic, and health hazards.
A 5 minute grace period is applied from the booking time or the time a driver arrives at a pickup location and notifies the customer. Thereafter a waiting charge of $2 per minute accrues for Dezi Designated Drivers and $0.60 per minute for all other driving services. 

INSURANCE & FINES
Claims are made on Client’s insurance policy. Dezi or its drivers will not be liable for any repair/ replacement costs.
Dezi at Fault
Dezi will pay Client’s insurance policy excess up to the value of $1,500.00 or pay a reasonable amount for minor damages, direct to an accredited repairer up to $1,500.00. Dezi may involve services of an independent and qualified Motor Loss Assessor in determining such repair costs at its own discretion.
Uninsured Vehicles***
Dezi or its drivers will not be liable for any repair/ replacement costs.

TRAFFIC FINES
Our drivers are bound by the laws governing road rules. Any traffic infringements such as speeding or red light camera offences will be assumed personally by the Dezi driver.
Fines arising due to operating an unregistered and/or unroadworthy vehicle While we may undertake vehicle registration checks and make fair assessments about roadworthiness of a vehicle, it is not feasible to conduct such checks in every instance. Therefore it is assumed that a vehicle assigned to be driven by us is currently registered and in roadworthy condition. Any and all fines/ charges incurred by a driver arising due to operating an unregistered and/or unroadworthy vehicle will be passed on to the Customer, and we may deduct such fines and charges from the Customer’s credit/ debit cards.
A Note about our drivers & Insurance Policy and Excess cover
As per our insurance policy requirements, all our Dezi Designated drivers are over the age of 30

PRIVACY & INFORMATION 
Dezi does not share, sell or disclose any of personal, payment and journey information to any third party unless required by the law

INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR 
Dezi values It’s drivers and customers highly and does not tolerate inappropriate behaviour in any shape or form. 
Customers 
in case of a Customer has acted in an inappropriate manner or is non-compliant with this agreement, Dezi is entitled to end all services immediately with Customer. Acting in an inappropriate manner can mean offensive, violent or sexually offensive behaviour or inappropriate sexual advantages towards people; stealing; or any other disturbing behaviour, such as offensive and/or obscene language, immodest clothing or disturbing public displays of affection or other behaviours that is not culturally acceptable. The payment of the trip that is terminated will not be refunded to the Customer. Such Customer will be denied further access to Dezi’s services. Customers must not take or post pictures of the Drivers without permission, on social media or other channels, particular pictures of children. In case you experience any inappropriate behaviour from your Driver, such as offensive, violent or sexually offensive behaviour; stealing; or any other disturbing behaviour, you must immediately inform the appropriate local authorities, as well as the Dezi Contact.
Drivers 
In case of a Driver has acted in an inappropriate manner or is non-compliant with this agreement, Dezi is entitled to terminate the driving contract immediately with Driver. Acting in an inappropriate manner can mean offensive, violent or sexually offensive behaviour or inappropriate sexual advantages towards people; stealing; or any other disturbing behaviour, such as offensive and/or obscene language, immodest clothing or disturbing public displays of affection or other behaviours that is not culturally acceptable. Such Driver will be denied to use the Dezi Platform and or work for Dezi. Drivers must not take or post pictures of the Customers, on social media or other channels, particular pictures of children. In case you experience any inappropriate behaviour from your Customer, such as offensive, violent or sexually offensive behaviour; stealing; or any other disturbing behaviour, you must immediately inform the appropriate local authorities, as well as the Dezi Contact.

VOUCHERS
Dezi Vouchers for airport transfers are not valid on national, state or region based public holidays. Vouchers only offer a discount on the total fare and do not apply on additional charges such as additional drop off/pick up, change of route, waiting time etc.  
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other goods or services. 
If the total of the booking is more than the value of the voucher, immediate payment of the balance will be required at the time of booking.
It is a condition of sale that Vouchers may not be purchased or offered for unauthorised resale on 3rd party websites. If a Voucher is used in breach of this condition, it may be cancelled without refund.
All Vouchers come with a code and are provided to multiple users who can redeem the voucher as a one-off discount offer. Once the voucher has been redeemed, it cannot be used again.
